### Example 1: Syllogism Tricks To Solve Syllogism Questions in IBPS Clerk

Syllogism Question:
All stamps are Pockets
Some pockets are buckets
All buckets are tubes

Conclusions:
1. Some tubes are Stamps
2. Some buckets are Stamps
3. Some tubes are packets

The best way to solve these questions is to draw Venn diagrams.
Solution:

Basic Venn Diagram

1. Some tables are stamps:
The circle T and S don’t overlap each other. They are completely far from each other.
Therefore, some tubes can’t be stamps. Hence, this conclusion is false.

2. Some buckets are Stamps:
The circle B and S don’t overlap each other. They are completely far from each other. Therefore, some buckets can’t be stamps. Hence, this conclusion is false.

3. Some tubes are packets:
The circle T and P overlap each other. Hence, the conclusion is true.

Second Condition Venn Diagram

The conclusion 3 also satisfies the 2nd condition. Hence, conclusion 3 is the right conclusion.

*Note: A conclusion should be true in all the conditions. If, a conclusion doesn't satisfy anyone condition/Venn diagram then, that conclusion cannot be taken into consideration.

### Example 2: Syllogism Tricks To Solve Syllogism Questions in IBPS Clerk

Syllogism Question:
No car is tree
Some trees are jungles
All jungles are rivers

Conclusions

The circle Ro and Ri don’t overlap each other. They are completely far from each other. Therefore, some rivers can’t be roads. Hence, this conclusion is false.

The circle j and Ro don’t overlap each other. They are completely far from each other. Therefore, some jungles can’t be roads. Hence, this conclusion is false.

The circle Ro and C overlaps each other. Hence, conclusion three is true.

The circle Ro and J don’t overlap each other. They are completely far from each other in the basic diagram. However, according to the second diagram, all roads are jungles. Therefore, no jungle is a road stands incorrect. Hence, this conclusion is false.
