  • Female Candidates
It is favorable for female candidates to give priority to banks that have a good number of branches within their states.

This ensures a higher chance of transfer within the same state. You can also consider the banks that don’t have branches in your states but are located comparatively closer.

  • Number of Branches
The more number of branches a bank has, the more frequently it transfers its employees. Therefore, if you are not looking for frequent transfers then ensure you give preference to banks that have fewer branches within the country.

  • Work Culture
The work culture of all banks is almost similar. Although, it might vary slightly from branch to branch. Your job as a PO will anyway involve a lot of responsibility and hence, you might have long working hours. Therefore, in any case, the work environment will initially seem hectic to you.
