Eligibility criteria

1. Age Limit:
21-40 years as on September 1, 2016.
2. Essential educational qualification:
  • Assistant Manager (System): BE/B. Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Telecommunication/Instrumentation or MCA from Government recognised University/institute.
  • Developer: Engineering graduate from a Government recognised University/institute.
  • Test lead: Engineering graduate from a Government recognised University/institute.
  • Tester: Engineering graduate from Government recognised University/institute.
  • Manager (Statistician): PG Degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics Economics from recognised University/institute.
  • Manager (Statistician): Degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics Economics from recognised University/institute.
  • Technology Relationship Manager (Tech.RMs): Engineering graduate from recognised University/institution. Candidates with MBA qualification are preferred.
  • Admin Support Officer: MBA in Marketing/Operation from a reputed institute. BE/B Tech from a Government recognised University prior to MBA will be preferred.
  • Application Architect: Engineering graduate from a Government recognised University/institute.
  • Business Architect: Engineering graduate (Preferably CS/ITI/CE) or MCA from a Government recognised University/institute.

  • Tester: Engineering graduate from a Government recognised University/institute.
  • Test Lead: Engineering graduate from a Government recognised University/institute.
  • Technical Lead: Engineering graduate from a Government recognised University/institute.
  • Innovation Specialist: Engineering graduate from a Government recognised University/institute. MBA (Systems) will be preferred.
  • Data Scientist: Post Graduate Degree in Statistics or economics from a reputed institute.
  • Sourcing Analyst: MBA in Marketing/Sales/operations/equivalent field from reputed institute.
  • UX Designer: Engineering graduate from Government recognised University/institute.
  • WAS Administrator: Engineering graduate from Government recognised University/institute.

Selection procedure

The selection of candidates for the post of System Officer, Developer, Test Lead, Tester, and Statistician will be done on the basis of an online test and interview. The test will comprise of Reasoning section for 50 marks, Quantitative Aptitude for 35 marks and English Language for 35 marks. Then there will be Professional Knowledge paper for 100 marks. Except the Professional Knowledge (PK) paper, other papers will be qualifying in nature. The questions will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi and English. To be eligible for being shortlisted for the interview, candidates have to score equal to or above the cut-off marks for the PK Test, besides scoring equal to or above the Minimum qualifying marks in other tests.
The selection procedure for the contractual positions and Technology Relationship Manager would be done by shortlisting and interview.
