SBI SO 2016 Recruitment Exam Syllabus

It’s a big day for any Professional waiting to pursue a great banking career. India’s flagship bank, SBI, has published a notification for recruitment and selection of Specialist Cadre Officers in the entire State Bank.



Are you eligible to apply?

There are two types of vacancies for the SO Cadre; Deputy Manager-Law and Assistant Manager-Systems. Each has its own eligibility criterion.



What’s the procedure for Selection?

The selection has two rounds of elimination; Common Written Exam that is held online and an Interview. Those who score as per the criterion set by the Bank in the written test will be eligible for the Interview. Again in the interview, you must score above the minimum qualifying mark ( as set by the Bank) to be eligible for selection.

What’s the Exam Pattern?

Here is the exam pattern. Note the addition of Quantitative Aptitude for the post of Assistant Manager (Systems). The test will be available in both English and Hindi.
