Exercise is a great way to maintain a positive attitude because of all the positive chemicals it releases into the blood stream. This helps you feel good and gives you the energy you need to fulfil your tasks and goals.

You are only as good as the company you keep, and if you can surround yourself with positive people, you are on course to absorbing their traits and in turn, being as positive or even more so than them.
5. Show Your Appreciation
Appreciate God, for doing everything he’s done for you, be grateful for everything you have, appreciate others for all they do for you(no matter how small the thing they do may seem!). By appreciating and feeling grateful, you naturally feel good and you invite more positivity into your life!
