Get set, get ready..

So now that you have registered yourself for the Written Examination, you have to focus on the next. Are you confident to meet the eligibility criteria given for the purpose before registration?

If you want to be one among the 5% who clear the test, here is what you need to know. The syllabus is compact and demanding. Let’s start on the climb

Written Test:
The Written Test carries an overall of 250 marks and is divided into two sections– Objective and Descriptive.

Objective Test:
Objective Tests is of 2 hour duration, comprising 4 sections of 50 marks each.

Descriptive Test:
Descriptive test is of 50 marks and this tests your command over English Language (comprehension, short prĂ©cis, letter writing & essay).

Each stage is interlinked –only if you clear one stage with the qualifying marks, will you be able to climb up the step to the next.
The tests in Phase I assess your capabilities on the academic front, but Phase II is critical.

Groom yourself to participate in group discussion (GD) to score the maximum of 20 marks.  It helps the selection committee to evaluate your personality. GD helps analyze your problem-solving and decision-making skills in an interactive process.

Interview:
Do your homework before you go for the interview. Update your knowledge, skills and abilities and think about how you qualify for the opportunity. And most important, be convincing and sure about all that you answer and try to score the maximum of 30 marks!

Selection:
By now your confident levels are high! Have you gone on the bank website? Or did you check the Employment News or the Rozgar Samachar?

Gear up for competition and start working towards your goal of being the best PO in the Industry !
